Foggy Windows at O, Miami Poetry Festival

The very first Foggy Windows took place during the 2018 O, Miami Poetry Festival and featured special guests Hanif Abdurraqib and Eloisa Amezcua reading from their then-newest works, which, respectively, summoned the ghost of soul icon Marvin Gaye and explored the tragic lives of boxing champion Bobby Chacon and his wife Valerie Chacon. Following a little conversation on the couch, they joined the audience foor a night of slow jams on the foggy dancefloor, with tunes courtesy of DJs Jason Fitzroy Jeffers and
Keisha Rae Witherspoon.
